        The goal of formative assessment is to monitor student learning to provide ongoing feedback that instructors can use to improve their teaching and students to improve their learning as well. More specifically, formative assessments help students identify their strengths and weaknesses and focus on areas that need improvement as well as help teaching staff recognize where students are struggling and address problems immediately. The concept of formative assessments helps both the teacher monitor the students in the development of their activities as well as students improve their performance on their assignments and all activities throughout the school year. I would love to talk to you a little about Summative assessments that are used to assess student learning as it is an important process in the education of students, as well as the acquisition of skills and academic performance at the end of a study period or school year, both in institutes, public schools, colleges, and universities, usually at the end of a project, unit, course, semester, program or school year.


        Thanks to tools with Artificial Intelligence, they make it easier for teachers to control and develop activities that lead to evaluating and supervising students. Both in formative evaluations and summative evaluations, tools with Artificial Intelligence are used. To create or supervise formative evaluations, intelligent tools such as GPt chat are used, since thanks to this valuable tool, the elaboration of formative evaluations is facilitated, as well as summative evaluations. On the other hand, the intelligent tool Claude, Copilot, among others, is also used. With artificial intelligence tools, checklists, short activities, and others could be created.

            The creation of assessment instruments with AI is of utmost importance for both teachers and students. One of them would be the rubric because it is a great tool for teachers because it is a simple and appropriate way to establish a grading criterion for student assignments. This tool is not only useful for teachers, but also for students because it defines in writing what is expected of the student to obtain a particular grade on an assignment activity, or exam as well. On the other hand, teachers use a checklist, in other words, a checklist in which a sequence of tasks or elements that must be checked is detailed so that students carry out their activities and tasks, which allows progress to be monitored, ensuring the correct completion of each task and minimizing the appearance of errors or omissions.


                 In addition, for observation assessments with Artificial Intelligence, observation sheets are used, in other words, they are used because they are extremely important worksheets because they serve to observe and measure the level of success or achievement of student learning during the semester of study.

I see eye to eye with you when you mention that AI help teachers because it makes their life easier when creating and evaluation students since sometimes doing it by ourselves, it can take lots of time to create the material or evaluate trainees.
